SUNNY GIRLFRIEND! Live 6/7/2014 Re-MIx!

What? A re-mix of a song that was actually recorded in this century?! True! Dig this re-mix of a terrific performance of "Sunny Girlfriend," from the 6/7/2014 show in Cleveland, Ohio! I added an overall "wide stereo" effect, extra tom-tom drumming, double drumming, maracas, cowbell, vibra-slap, and even some nice backing vocals (thanks to Taryn Miller)! Mike (and the gang) never sounded better, so pop on some headphones, sit back, and enjoy! Thanks also to Sherri Hansen for sharing this cut from the live show!

FOR PETE'S SAKE Re-Mix!

This was lots of fun. Taking the vocals-less backing track from the HEADQUARTERS DELUXE CD set, I looped the song twice, then dropped in the vocals here and there throughout. I also added some sound bites from the “Devil and Peter Tork” episode at the front and ending to give it a great feel.

RANDY SCOUSE GIT Re-Mix!

Once again, I used the vocal-less track from the Rhino HEADQUARTERS 4-Cd set, and then brought in vocals from the usual tracks...I also added elements from the early run-thrus, which was difficult, as they all had slightly different tempos!

NO TIME Re-Mix!

This is more than just a welding of the many different run-throughs of this song from HEADQUARTERS. Bridging effects were added, elements from other sessions brought in and out, etc. So much came from the Rhino Handmade HQ box set. Lots of fun all the way on this all-Monkees (with some Chip Douglas bass) rave-up!
